Ben & Jerry’s cofounder Ben Cohen has been publicly fighting with the Magnum Ice Cream Company, which took ownership of the Vermont ice cream maker last year.  

Cohen says Magnum has silenced the brand on social issues, including the war in Gaza, racial justice, and student protests.
